Rice’s composting program surpasses 1M-pound milestone

Rice University recently crossed a significant milestone with its sustainability efforts. The campus has diverted more than 1 million pounds of food waste from landfills to composting since the composting program’s inception in November 2020.

Moody Fellow to graduate with distinction in creative works

A recipient of the Elizabeth Lee Moody Undergraduate Research Fellowship in the Humanities and the Arts, Ayla Davis was provided $3,500 in funding to work on the research project of her choice with the expectation that she invest at least 200 hours in it.
