The Ken Kennedy Institute at Rice University will host the fifth annual AI in Health Conference Sept. 15-17 to explore how artificial intelligence is transforming the way researchers approach some of the most complex challenges in health and medicine.
More than 400 attendees are expected for the three-day event, which will feature discussions on medical robotics, the ethical, legal and social impact of AI, interpretable AI in health and the use of AI to study disease genomics.
The conference will bring together academic and industry participants to Rice’s BioScience Research Collaborative building with speakers from Rice, Johns Hopkins University, Microsoft Research, Houston Methodist, the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Baylor College of Medicine, NVIDIA and other institutions.
