Rice University’s Office of Technology Transfer has entered into a subscription agreement with Intel Corporation which will enable the global technology leader to explore and potentially license select patented innovations developed at Rice.
Under the terms of the agreement, Intel will pay Rice an annual subscription fee, securing an option to evaluate specified Rice-patented technologies. Should Intel choose to exercise its option rights, the company may obtain a license for each selected technology at a fee.
