Mayor Whitmire to discuss Houston’s future at April 3 Rice Baker Institute event, livestream available

Mayor John Whitmire will participate in a wide-ranging conversation April 3 on the challenges and opportunities for Houston at Rice University’s Baker Institute for Public Policy.

This Director’s Lecture Series event will feature an armchair discussion between Whitmire and Baker Institute fellow Ed Emmett, followed by a Q&A session.
