Typically held at the Wiess President’s House, this year’s event was hosted at Lovett Hall, where two sessions were held: one in the morning and one in the afternoon. The format allowed more staff members to attend, including employees who had to work during lunch hours.

The Rice community gathered to mingle while enjoying food and refreshments with their co-workers in the spirit of Christmas.

“Paula and I enjoyed seeing many of you at the campus holiday celebration,” Reginald DesRoches said. “Thank you for sharing your holiday spirit with us. As we approach the close of another remarkable year, I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to each of you for your hard work, dedication and commitment to excellence.”
