A lecture and demonstration of conservation techniques for art and paper was held by conservator Lacey VanderJagt at the Fondren Library July 26.
VanderJagt, an independent art conservator, lectures and teaches restoration history and collection care to college students. The lecture contrasted preservation techniques for both formats.
Undergraduate student Casey Callaway also spoke briefly on his internship at the Woodson Research Center learning about preservation and conservation.
