Rice joined forces with Texas Southern University to host the National Urban League’s Youth Leadership Summit. President Reginald DesRoches welcomed students to Houston for the event, which was held at the Rice Memorial Center. The summit gave students an opportunity to engage in a transformative experience of learning, leadership and personal growth with the goal of ensuring participants are prepared for the challenges of college, career and life.
