The Rice Facilities and Capital Planning department (F&CP) was recently recognized with an award from IBM and Reliability Web during Reliability Web’s 2023 conference for the university’s progress in automating business process solutions for space management, operations, maintenance and capital construction project management.
During the last four years, F&CP has been implementing an integrated construction and maintenance management system named TRIRIGA and has worked with campus partners to identify and integrate best practices and streamline data exchanges during that time.
