OISS holds welcome dinner to greet international graduate students

About 600 new graduate international students were welcomed to Rice during a welcome dinner hosted by the Office of International Students and Scholars (OISS) Aug. 16.

About 600 new graduate international students were welcomed to Rice during a welcome dinner hosted by the Office of International Students and Scholars (OISS) Aug. 16.

Held in Founder’s Court, the Graduate International Orientation Welcome Dinner featured Texas barbecue, a country music band performance and line dancing. They even gave the university’s newest international graduate Owls an opportunity to meet the OISS team.
