Tomatoes, peppers, eggplants and tomatillos will be among the vegetables for sale beginning March 7, when the Betty and Jacob Friedman Rice Holistic Garden hosts its spring plant sale. To purchase the veggies, bring cash or a check to the garden as well as your own boxes to transport them home.
The garden will be open March 7-10 from 4-6 p.m., March 11 from 1-3 p.m. and March 12-13 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. You can also place pre-orders online for pick-up at the garden. (Photo by Jeff Fitlow)
