Gil Kerlikowske, a nonresident fellow at the Baker Institute for Public Policy’s Center for the United States and Mexico who specializes in border issues, has been appointed to the board of governors of United Service Organizations (USO) by President Joe Biden. USO is a nonprofit, charitable corporation that provides live entertainment to members of the U.S. military and their families.
