Klara Jelinkova, vice president for international operations and information technology, has been named the 2021 Houston CIO of the Year ORBIE Award winner in the nonprofit/public sector category. The ORBIE Awards, established in 1998, honor chief information officers who have demonstrated excellence in technology leadership. Finalists and winners are selected by an independent peer review process led by prior recipients, based upon leadership and management effectiveness, business value created by technology innovation, and engagement in industry and community endeavors.
