Rice University says a testing glitch led to high rates of false positives
Several media outlets report that a testing center error has led to numerous false positives in the Rice community, according to a letter by Kevin Kirby, vice president for administration and chair of the Crisis Management Advisory Committee. Additional media outlets mention that Rice's fall semester will begin Aug. 25 with virtual learning until Sept. 3.
