Rice alum leads yoga initiative bridging wellness, research and community impact

Rice yoga instructor and alumna Alicia Dugar Stephenson is bringing wellness to the forefront through a unique yoga initiative that connects the Rice campus with the broader Houston community.

Faculty and staff learned Olympic weightlifting during a Wellness Wednesday on Jan. 29 in the Gibbs Center. Howard Hughes Provost Amy Dittmar led the session.
