Presidents of Rice and Peking University meet in Beijing

On Oct. 10 in Beijing, Rice President David Leebron and Peking University (PKU) President Wang Enge (front center on the right) commemorated long-standing institutional exchanges and ties between the two research universities. PKU is the most comprehensive university in China and is currently No. 48 in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings. The event on the PKU campus was witnessed by a distinguished delegation of Rice alumni and supporters who traveled to Beijing with Leebron and University Representative Y.
