Inside the Rice Village Apartments

The Rice Village Apartments, located one block west of Rice University on Shakespeare Street, opened to Rice graduate students in January. The four-story residential building, totaling 119,000 square feet, features 237 beds in 137 units, a bike room and dedicated shuttle service to and from the university.
