Campus garden adopts out summer plants to good homes

Volunteers and customers alike turned out to pick up free plants from Rice’s Betty and Jacob Friedman Holistic Garden March 24. The on-campus garden’s spring plant sale was canceled due to the COVID-19 outbreak, so garden manager Joe Novak and his team decided to give away the tomatoes, peppers and other plants to good homes.
