Linda Tucker, Rice’s first head women’s basketball coach, was honored for raising money to fight breast cancer at the Hancock Medical Foundation’s 22nd annual Moonlight on the Bay Gala Sept. 21 in Bay St. Louis, Miss. Tucker was presented with an award and a basketball autographed by the current Rice team.
