A puzzled look

Si Si Zimmerman works on a jigsaw puzzle in Fondren Library.

Baker College junior Si Si Zimmerman pieces together Renoir’s “Two Girls Reading” at the puzzle table in front of the circulation desk on the first floor of Fondren Library. The library’s Committee for Marketing and Customer Service puts a jigsaw puzzle on the table every other Monday. Originally intended to help relieve the stress of studying for exams during last year’s spring semester, the puzzles were so popular that Fondren made them a year-round activity for library users. If a puzzle is completed, students are welcome to separate it into pieces and work on rebuilding it until the next puzzle is introduced on the two-week cycle.
