Rice University’s Center for Environmental Studies, in partnership with the Houston Climate Justice Museum, hosted students from the Houston Independent School District the week of June 12 as part of a summer program focused on Houston environmental justice featuring local field trips and guest speakers while taking an arts based approach to practice research, as the students learn about local environmental issues. The weeklong program was supported by a grant from Rice's Building Research on Inequality and Diversity to Grow Equity (BRIDGE) Program.
