Peter Hotez will answer viewers’ questions on COVID-19 during a March 26 webinar.

Peter Hotez, a fellow in disease and poverty at Rice’s Baker Institute for Public Policy’s Center for Health and Biosciences and dean of the National School of Tropical Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine, will discuss the threat to global security posed by the COVID-19 pandemic during a webinar at 3 p.m. March 26.

Hotez will also highlight efforts to counteract the virus’ spread through his work as a prominent vaccine scientist and expert on international science diplomacy.

The webinar will be moderated by Kirstin Matthews, a fellow in science and technology policy at the Baker Institute. Hotez will answer viewer questions, which can be submitted here.
