Baker Institute events: Russian ambassador event canceled, Venezuela panel postponed

HOUSTON – (April 8, 2019) – The event with Anatoly Antonov, Russia’s ambassador to the United States, scheduled for Wednesday at Rice University’s Baker Institute for Public Policy has been canceled due to the ambassador’s obligations in Washington, D.C. Separately, the panel on Venezuela that was scheduled for Thursday at the institute has been postponed to April 23.
