The event, hosted by the Baker Institute’s Center for Energy Studies and Mexico Center, is free and open to the public but registration is required.

Who: Fluvio Ruiz Alarcón, a former Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex) board member.

Francisco Monaldi, fellow in Latin American energy policy at the Baker Institute, will moderate a conversation and audience Q&A with Ruiz Alarcón following his presentation.

When: Wednesday, Sept. 19, 10 a.m.-noon.
