Rice hosts team science gathering for Houston professionals

Rice University’s Department of Psychology hosted the Rice Team Science Summit May 3-5. Approximately 50 members of Houston’s professional community (including Texas Medical Center, NASA and restaurant employees) attended the on-campus event, which aimed to highlight discoveries, findings and lessons related to the science of teamwork, offer the Houston and Rice communities a forum for discussing the science and practice of team effectiveness and establish Rice as a local and national resource for team science.
