Rice psychology professors Stephan Motowidlo and Eduardo Salas are among the 50 most-cited authors in textbooks within their discipline of industrial-organizational psychology, according to a new paper, “Most Frequently Cited Sources, Articles and Authors in Industrial-Organizational Psychology Textbooks: Implications for the Science-Practice Divide, Scholarly Impact and the Future of the Field.”
