Mexican energy secretary to speak at Rice’s Baker Institute Sept. 23

HOUSTON – (Sept. 21, 2016) – Pedro Joaquín Coldwell, the Mexican secretary of energy, will give keynote remarks at a conference on Mexico’s energy reform at Rice University’s Baker Institute for Public Policy Sept. 23.

Who: Pedro Joaquín Coldwell, Mexican secretary of energy, and industry experts, scholars and practitioners.

Tony Payan, the Baker Institute’s Françoise and Edward Djerejian Fellow for Mexico Studies and director of the Mexico Center, will give welcoming and closing remarks.
