Socrates gets ‘caked’ by Clutch

The Greek philosopher Socrates made a cameo appearance on the Rice campus the afternoon of Jan. 11, but he wasn’t here to engage in scholarly discussions; his presence was needed for a video skit in which he gets “caked” by the Houston Rockets’ mascot, Clutch the Bear, who goes back in time for this sketch comedy. The video was shot between Sewall and Lovett halls and will be shown on the Jumbotron during a Rockets game. (Photos by Jeff Fitlow)
