Mithil Chokshi, a graduate student in bioengineering, recently had his op-ed “PTSD: A Personal Story and Optimism for the Future” published by the Wharton Business School in the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Healthcare Quarterly.

The 2014 Campanile received third place in the College Media Association’s Pinnacle Awards competition for four-year yearbook of the year. Edited by Anastasia Bolshakov ’15, the 2014 Campanile also received second place for best yearbook cover, second place for best yearbook news page/spread and third place for best yearbook sports page/spread. This is the second year in a row that the student-run yearbook received awards in the Pinnacle contest, but the first time for best overall book. The 2015 Campanile — the 100th volume of the Rice yearbook — placed eighth in the Associated Collegiate Press’ Best of Show competition at the Fall National College Media Convention in Austin. Although the book, also edited by Bolshakov, is still in production, the publishing company provided an incomplete copy in advance so the staff could submit it for the contest.
