‘Fourth city?’ Here’s how to encourage more people to live in Chicago
Chicago is worried about losing its status as the third-largest city in the country. Houston has grown 1.6 percent over the past four years compared with Chicago’s 0.2 percent, according to a study conducted by Rice’s Kinder Institute for Urban Research.
