Human papillomavirus vaccines offer public health opportunity for Texas – Rice U. Baker Institute
The state of Texas should create a policy that encourages adolescents to obtain the full series of shots for the human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine, according to a new paper from Rice’s Baker Institute for Public Policy. Researchers at Lappeenranta University Technology in Finland replaced copper windings used to conduct electricity in electric motors with a material made with carbon nanotubes, which improved the efficiency of the motor.
