Berlin Wall

On German Unity Day (Oct. 3), Consul General Ricarda Redeker of Germany visited the Berlin Wall segment that stands outside Rice’s Baker Institute for Public Policy. Redeker was on campus to deliver a keynote address at the Baker Institute, where she talked about the opportunities for studies and research offered by DAAD, the principal German agency for international education, and Cultural Vistas, a nonprofit organization offering work-study experience in Germany and other regions in the world.
