Now a growing number of former soldiers are turning to marijuana to treat their symptoms, a treatment that makes them criminals in Texas, according to William Martin, the Harry and Hazel Chavanne Senior Fellow in Religion and Public Policy and director of the Drug Policy Program at Rice University’s Baker Institute for Public Policy.
