Rice’s award-winning Mariachi Luna Llena will kick off the festivities for Houston’s Cinco de Mayo celebration at Miller Outdoor Theatre in Hermann Park May 4. The group will open for Mexican pop-rock singer and songwriter Natalia Lafourcade.
