Racquetball’s fearsome foursome

Four legendary Rice University professors — Deborah Harter, Dennis Huston, Frank Jones and Allen Matusow — meet on Friday afternoons for a weekly racquetball match at Rice’s Gibbs Recreation and Wellness Center. This video visits the court where the quartet with more than 165 years of teaching experience engage in banter and battle. The video is accompanied by Harter’s narration of “Against Oncoming Wind,” an essay she wrote about her racquetball colleagues.
