Rice political science major Crystal Olalde-Garcia will participate in the nation’s leading conference on diversity issues in higher education, NCORE (the National Conference on Race and Ethnicity in American Higher Education), May 28-June 1. Olalde-Garcia was selected to attend based on her commitment to issues of diversity on her campus and overall merit.
