A Rice alum will discuss how his experiences outside the Rice classroom helped prepared him for a leadership role in medicine at a lecture April 2. Steve Quach ’94 will present “From a C-student to the C-suite: Life Lessons of a Physician Executive” from 5 to 6 p.m. in Sewall Hall, Room 301.
Quach is the chief medical officer of the University of Texas Medical Branch Health System as the chief medical officer. He will share how to build the skills needed to become a successful physician executive and provide an insider’s perspective on the future of leadership in medicine.
