Ben Fonbuena, executive chef in Housing and Dining, led a dumpling cooking class for students at Brown, Jones and Martel colleges Monday. More than 40 students turned out to learn the art of creating and cooking the perfect dumplings. And when the evening was over, the students got to eat their homework!
