Rice Centennial House to be dedicated Sept. 15

Students, faculty and staff are welcome to attend the dedication of the Rice Centennial House this Saturday from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Rice Habitat for Humanity constructed the house in honor of Rice University’s 100th anniversary this year. The house was designed by students from the Rice School of Architecture in consultation with Houston Habitat for Humanity.

Student project leaders and the family who is living in the house are scheduled to speak at the event at 1706 Capron St. in Houston’s Greater Fifth Ward.
