Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business in partnership with Rice Athletics will host Houston Astros president and CEO George Postolos for the 2012 Rice Sports and Business Series April 25 in McNair Hall on the Rice campus, 6100 Main St.
George Postolos
Postolos, who joined the Astros in 2011, will give a presentation titled “The New Astros – an Athletic Body and a Business Core: How It Happened and Where It Is Headed.” The event will include a 6 p.m. reception in the Anderson Family Commons, followed by the program in Shell Auditorium at 6:30.
The Rice Sports and Business Series is an annual set of presentations highlighting former student athletes who have successfully transitioned into careers in business or as leaders in the sports business marketplace.
