| More than 40 San Antonio-area high school students and their school counselors got an up-close look at Rice University last weekend, thanks to a trip organized by Rep. Joaquin Castro, D-San Antonio. The visit included a tour of campus, lunch and an admission’s presentation held by Jan West, assistant director of Multicultural Affairs. The group was joined by Rice’s student ambassadors and members of Hispanic Association for Cultural Enrichment at Rice. |
