Chef Roger crowned top dog

Chefs from across campus converged recently at the North Servery for a hotdog- tasting competition.

Chef Roger Elkhouri’s Chicago-style hotdog edged out culinary creations
by Ann Swain of Cohen House, Derrix Norman of Will Rice College, Stacy
Stroup of Sid Richardson College, Kyle Hardwick of the South Servery,
Kellen Bradford of Baker College and Will Heath of Facilities,
Engineering and Planning.

The event was held to promote the new vending cart that Housing and
Dining has purchased to service campus events, including athletic
events.
