Ice
cream social set

Make room on
your calendars for an ice cream social Aug. 8 from 2 to
4 p.m.

Sponsored by
the Employee Activity Committee, it will be held in Sewall
Hall near the Rice Art Gallery and will feature ice cream
from Oscar’s Creamery. Offerings will include a full
sundae bar and nondairy raspberry sorbet.

The event gives
faculty and staff an opportunity to relax and socialize
with one another before the start of the academic year.
